Summary0000672: Display color settings don't work properly.
Description[Observed Symptom]
  - 밝기(Brightness), 명암(Contrast), 선명도(Sharpness) can be set only to 49 and 51.
  - 색상(Hue) changes are not applied.

[Expected Result]
All settings should be able to be adjusted in range 0 to 100 and applied properly.

EVT / V15.502.9
Steps To Reproduce1) 설정(Settings) > 화면/음향 설정(Display/Audio Settings)
2) 화면 색상(Hue)
3) Change the value of 밝기(Brightness), 명암(Contrast), 선명도(Sharpness)
4) Change the value of 색상(Hue)
